Terms of the Card:

By using the Preferred Guest Club Discount Card, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This card is personal and non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder.

Preferred Guest Club members are entitled to exclusive benefits, including special discounts on villa reservations, upgrades subject to availability, and access to unique promotions.

4. Responsibility

Palms & Villas acts as an intermediary between the villa owners and our valued clients. We assume no responsibility for damages, losses, accidents or injuries that may occur during your stay in one of our exclusive properties.

5. Use of the Card:

The Preferred Guest Club Discount Card must be presented at the time of booking. Discounts and benefits associated with the card are only applicable to reservations made directly through Palms & Villas and are subject to availability dates and conditions.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our card, you agree to the terms and conditions of this policy, which ensures the proper treatment of your personal information.

7. Modifications and Cancellation:

Palms & Villas reserves the right to modify or cancel the Preferred Guest Club Discount Card at any time without notice. The terms and benefits of the card may also change based on our current policies and offers.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Punta Cana region.
